UCC bread improver

Provide essential nutrients for the fermentation process, improve dough structure and stability, and helps retain CO₂ throughout baking process. This results in well-risen, soft bread with a uniform texture and attractive color. It also helps to maintain freshness and moisture, enhance the bread’s taste as well.

 

In particular, BICO’s baking improver products do not contain Potassium Bromate - a substance that may pose health risks to consumers.
