Bico Gold bread improver

Bico Gold bread improver is used for enriched breads, sandwich breads. It provides essential nutrients for the fermentation process, improves dough structure and stability, and helps retain CO₂ throughout baking process. This results in well-risen, soft bread with a uniform texture and attractive color. It also helps to maintain freshness and moisture, enhance the bread’s taste as well.

 

Wheat flour, mineral salts, emulsifiers, enzymes, Vitamin C

Baking improver is formulated with a balanced combination of ingredients to enhance the quality of bread.

The product is packed in 500g/bag, 20 bags/carton.

Usage Instructions: Add directly to wheat flour at dosage of 5–7 g per 1 kg of flour.
