- One gram of instant dry yeast contains about 20 billion cells, with 3–5% moisture, 40–45% protein, 28–35% carbohydrates, 3–5% fat, 15–20% fiber, plus trace minerals and vitamins.

- It generates carbon dioxide during fermentation, helping bread rise with soft texture and natural aroma.

- Bakerdream Instant Dry Yeast: easy to use and storage, stable activity, strong gas production.

- Bakerdream Instant Dry Yeast – Low Sugar: for lean breads with sugar content ≤ 5%.

Instant Dry Yeast for Bread is a yeast product mainly composed of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

The product is packed in 500g/bag, 20 bags/carton.

Dosage: 10–20 g per 1 kg of flour, depending on proofing time and temperature.
