It helps create a fine and uniform crumb, enhances softness and moistness, and extends the freshness of various bakery products such as cup cakes, sponge cakes, sponge rolls, steamed buns, mooncakes, and other sweet baked goods.
The product has a smooth, sticky gel texture and is colorless.
