Instruction: Add all ingredients (except oil) into the mixing bowl. Whip at high speed until the batter becomes light, smooth, and glossy (about 5–7 minutes).
Slow down the speed, add oil, and mix well for about 30 seconds.
Bake at 170–180°C for 20–30 minutes, depending on the cake size.
