RECIPE FOR USING SPONGE CAKE MIX

Ingredients	Proportion%	Weight (gam)
BICO Sponge Cake Mix	100	1000
Eggs	50 – 75	500 – 750
BICO Cake Gel	4 – 5	40 – 50
Water	20 – 30	200 – 300
Oil or Soft Butter	10	100
Instruction: Add all ingredients (except oil) into the mixing bowl. Whip at high speed until the batter becomes light, smooth, and glossy (about 5–7 minutes). Slow down the speed, add oil, and mix well for about 30 seconds. Bake at 170–180°C for 20–30 minutes, depending on the cake size.
