RECIPE FOR USING SPONGE CAKE MIX - NEW BT0715

Ingredients	Proportion %	Weight (gam)
Sponge Cake Mix – New BT0715	100	1000
Egg	50 – 75	500 – 750
Water	20 – 30	200 – 300
Oil or Soft butter	10	100
Instruction: Add all ingredients (except oil) into the mixing bowl. Whip at high speed until the batter becomes light, smooth, and glossy (about 5–7 minutes). Slow down the speed, add oil, and mix well for about 30 seconds. Bake at 170–180°C for 20–30 minutes, depending on the cake size.
