This product helps soften and moisturize the cake, while also brightening the color, creating a fine and even texture, and whitening the cake crumb.

BICO Super Soft mainly contains Soybean powder, a natural ingredient that is safe for health.

Packing in 1KG aluminum foil bag, 10Kg per Carton

Usage Instructions: Suitable for sweet bread, plain bread, sandwich bread, and steamed buns. Use 10–20 g per 1 kg of flour.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: 12 months.

Instruction: 

- Place the wheat flour and dry ingredients into a mixer and mix for 1 minute.

- Add water and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes.

- Add shortening or butter, then continue mixing until the dough is smooth and elastic (4–5 minutes).

- Divide and shape the dough, then place it into lidded sandwich pans.

- Proof the dough for about 2 hours, until it rises near the top of the pan.

- Bake at 190–200 °C for 25–30 minutes, depending on the loaf size.
